Week Vacation, Need Vizsla Watched

Hello!
My Wife and I will be on a week long vacation Oct 26th through Nov 2nd and are in need of someone to watch our 4 year old female Vizsla. She is well trained and gets along with other dogs. She is also crate trained.
We are both teachers at a local international school and live in Old Town Vilnius by Rotušės aikštė - Town Hall Square.
