Looking for live-in nanny.

Family from Miami, US looking for nanny who able to travel under ESTA.
We are looking for a live-in nanny and a person who can help us at our house. A job offer will be 2 or 3 months at time.
About our family;
My young baby is 1 year old, and mostly need help with him.
My other child is 4 years old she is busy with her friends, and school and we spend time with her.
Our job:
Help me with the house, laundry, kids bathing, feeding (breakfast/dinner)
