Caring pedagogue for your child

Hi! My name is Nilab Sajad. I am a qualified Pedagogue, and I have dedicated my entire professional life to working with children. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (2019), and since then I have gained extensive experience working with children of different ages and backgrounds — not just as a babysitter, but as a social pedagogical worker supporting their emotional and social development. In 2024, I took the next step in my career and started working in a childcare center with a group of 15 children aged 2 to 6 years, where I continue to work as a professional pedagogue. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and express themselves freely. I’m also responsible, patient, and truly enjoy spending quality time with children — reading, playing, and helping them discover new things every day. I am speaking English and German and a little bit Lithuanian. I’m looking forward to meeting a lovely family and supporting you and your child with care and dedication.
